Devilish Sesame Chicken with Green Beans and Scallion Rice
I clipped this recipe out of Rachael Ray's magazine "Everyday with Rachael Ray" and finally came across it last week. I made it last night and it is honestly the best homemade stir fry I ever had. It's the perfect balance of sweet and salty that is very hard to achieve at home. The recipe calls for cooking the rice in chicken broth. You can do that but it's really just a waste of chicken broth. You can't taste it once the sauce is poured on it and the scallions are mixed in.
