Healthy Italian Vegetable Bake

This colorful low-sodium cholesterol-free vegetable baked dish is prepared without any added fat. I tried this recipie for the first time today, and it was awesome. There was none left over, if that says anything! I found the recipie online from while I was craving italian but didnt want to eat pasta & tons of cheese, cause i'd feel so guily afterwards. However, I added a few more spices to my dish as I went, such as some all spice, garlic, and ground cumin, as well as more cheese than the recipie called for, because I love my cheese!
