ITALIAN PIZZELLE
Italian Pizzelle
This is a recipie I got in the box with my Pizzelle Maker.
If you don't have a Pizzelle Maker you need to get one. They are great. Go on line to view one. They look like a waffle iron, but they are round and make the cookie come out round with a snowflake design inside. The machine makes two cookies at a time. So you need to grab a seat while you make these. LOL No kidding.
My Favorite is: - Traditional Italian Pizelles
Now, if you love icecream. You can take the pizzelles off the machine and make one roll with each one and let cool. When cool, fill with your favorite icecream and enjoy. You can even freeze a bunch of them with the icecream. I love them with Vanilla icecream
