Loaded Baked Potato Skillet Hashbrowns

I have always hated making hashbrowns because I could never get them just right! They were either to crispy or not crispy enough and they require to much attention! :) I think the bacon really made this dish because for one, bacon is good in anything and two, they really didn't have to be crispy! It is also my first time using Simply Potatoes and they are really good and I'm guessing the reason is that they aren't frozen! This is great as a side dish or for your main meal because it is very filling!
