MINI PIZZA SURPRISE
Mini Pizza Surprise
Everyone loves pizza, and these are great at party’s. One day when I was making these I ran out of sauce, and white pizza was born, just kidding. No real measurements, sorry.
Use any cheeses, meats, or vegetables you prefer, you’re only limited by your imagination!
Make sure meat and seafood are cooked. I usually use shrimp when I’m doing another shrimp dish. I use large shrimp, easier to clean. To cook, leave shells on, put in a pot of boiling water or flat beer, you can season with old bay seasoning if you’d like. Also add a little white vinegar, it helps keep the shrimp from curling. The shrimp are done almost as soon as they hit the hot liquid. Let cool then shell, devein, and cut up.
