Moroccan-Style Chicken Pie
The flavor in this is beyond amazing...I halved the recipe in a small oval casserole...the phyllo was tearing all over the place, but it still looked good out of the oven. Don't let the phyllo scare you off. I used less oil and Parkay spray and a brush instead of butter to lessen the fat content. I also did not let things cool completely and things were OK. This recipe can be alot of work if you are cutting the phyllo, I find it much easier just to use the whole sheet and then fold over the parts that overlap the edge...that's what I did, then added a few strips to cover the top.
