My Second Souffle Cake Recipe

I am addicted to souffle cakes. They are light, can be pudding like, or they can be airy if left at room temp, or very fudge like when cold. I always let it sit at room temp before serving so it is airy. If you eat this warm it will be almost like a pudding and ohhhh so good!
