Oriental Meatballs In Plum Sauce
I came across the recipe sometime ago somewhere on the web. I finally decided to try it but had a heck of a time trying to find canned plums! I substituted ground turkey for the beef. I made the meatballs a little bigger than the recipe states, and I only got about 28. After you remove the pan from the oven, let it sit a bit and the sauce thickens up. Very tasty.
