Poor Man's Shepherd's Pie by Chris Brogan

Growing up, my folks didn't have a lot of money. They never let on that that was true. I never knew we weren't eating like kings. One of our favorite meals (well, mine at least) was Shepherd's Pie. This is a really easy way to do it. This recipe was very simple food that is hot, fulfilling, and satisfying. It let me feel okay.
