Quicker Chicken Pot Pie

This is an adaptation of a recipe I saw on RACHAEL RAY. I exchanged mushrooms for peas, poultry seasoning for tarragon, and replaced her polenta topping with puff pastry. It came out wonderfully and required minimal effort.
