Republican Rocks

Rocks are traditional German spice cookies. My grandmother use to make them all the time. This is her recipe, passed down by my Uncle Elmer. I've added a sweet glaze to the original recipe, and I like to mix dark and golden raisins. As sweet as an election night victory!
