WYATT T'S VANILLA CAKE MODIFIED FROM

Wyatt T's Vanilla Cake modified from
CHEMISTRY INFORMATION: The pure substance in my recipe is the sugar ( C12H22O11). The three homogeneous mixtures are, flour, baking powder, butter and milk. The two heterogenous mixtures in the recipe are the vanilla, and eggs The two physical changes in the recipe for the vanilla cake is when the batter is heated up in the oven, and when the butter melts. Two signs of a chemical reaction would be when you put the cake in the oven at 350 degrees the cake batter starts to cook and the cake starts to rise. Another sign of a chemical reaction for the cake is when you cook the cake in the oven for a while, when it is about done the top of the cake has to turn a golden brown. That is another chemical change that means the cake is cooking.
