YAKI MANDU (EGG ROLLS)

One of my families MOST favorite dishes. I learned how to make this from a Korean neighbor when we lived in Ft. Knox. I just recently found out that Koreans also served simmered in broth instead of fried. I think it would be good either way. I also have tried baking them without frying and they are just as good and that way you get a lot less fat.
