Ingredients

  • A large onion – chopped
  • 2 to 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bell pepper – seeded & chopped
  • 2 fresh jalapeño chill or Anaheim
  • 1 ½ tsp cilantro (chopped finely)
  • Pinch of: oregano, all spice, cumin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in a skillet; add the stuff & sauté add Beans & ham. Two tablespoons tomato paste. Mix well, simmer with no lid (should not be juicy) add white rice.
