- A large onion – chopped
- 2 to 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 bell pepper – seeded & chopped
- 2 fresh jalapeño chill or Anaheim
- 1 ½ tsp cilantro (chopped finely)
- Pinch of: oregano, all spice, cumin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Heat oil in a skillet; add the stuff & sauté add Beans & ham. Two tablespoons tomato paste. Mix well, simmer with no lid (should not be juicy) add white rice.
