- Preparation Time:
- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- Bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove
- salt and pepper
- Mix all ingredients and place in mini-loaf pan.
- layer bread crumbs on top of the loaf and pop it in the oven at 350.
- After 20 minutes, add a little bit of milk to the top.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
NotesI had left over ground turkey, but not enough for a full meatloaf so I took some other recipes and modified it to create this:
