2 PERSON TURKEY MEATLOAF

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground turkey
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 garlic clove
  • parsley
  • basil
  • oregeno
  • salt and pepper
  • ketchup

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients and place in mini-loaf pan.
  • layer bread crumbs on top of the loaf and pop it in the oven at 350.
  • After 20 minutes, add a little bit of milk to the top.
  • Bake for an additional 20 minutes.

I had left over ground turkey, but not enough for a full meatloaf so I took some other recipes and modified it to create this:
