2 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Jam, any Jam you like.
Salt & Pepper
I love it with Blueberry or Strawberry.
Place all ingredients in bowl and whisk until it is blended well.

This dressing is so amazing with just 3 ingredients. The cool thing about it is that if you are a diabetic you can use sugar free Jam! This dressing is so awesome on a Classic Ice Berg Wedge Salad, I layer lettuce with slices of Avocado and top it with Green Onion and Parmesan Cheese. Killer!
