3 Hour Steak
6 eye of round steaks
2/3 c. flour
4tsp.beef boullion grandules,or 4 boullion cubes
Flatten steaks w/meat mallet,dredge in 2/3 c flour,then brown in oil,drain.
mix boullion in 4c. water,in large fry pan.
Add steaks in pan,and bring to a boil.
Turn stove down on low temp.,and cook for 3 hours(hence the name).
Add more boullion and water,if needed.
When steaks gets done,take them out of the pan.
Mix the 1/4c flour&1/2c.water,ad add it to the water the steaks has been cooked in,and make gravy.
Cook until thicken,then put steaks in gravy,and let them simmer for a few minutes.

My kids love these steaks.My son wouldn't eat steaks,unless they were made this way.They come out so tender,you can cut them w/ a fork
