3 Ingredient No-Bake Granola Bars
1 1/2 cup. Pitted Dates- soaked in water for 10 mins
1/2 cup. Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
1/2 cup. Rolled Oats
2 tbsp. Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
(optional: chopped nuts)
Add the ingredients to a food processor.
Process until it forms a "dough".
Put in a baking tray.
Freeze for 1 hour and slice into bars.
