we make this for Thanksgiving
Ingredients You'll Need
16 oz. elbow macaroni
1 c. finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
1.2 c. finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely shredded Monterey jack cheese
1.2 c. butter
2 c. half and half 1 c. velveeta cubed
2 eggs beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
preheat oven to 350
butter deep 2 1/2 qt casserole dish
cook macaroni until firm to bite down on
in small sauce pan melt butter and add macaroni
combine 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese to macaroni
add velveeta half and half and eggs to macaroni
combine thoroughly add salt and pepper
transfer to greased casserole dish
sprinkle with remaining cheese
bake until bubbly
about 35 min
