1 Puff Pastry
1 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp Coarse Sugar
2 cups Sliced Fresh Strawberries
1 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries & Blackberries
1/4 Tbsp Sugar, Divided
1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup Sour Cream

Oven Temperature 400°F

*On lightly floured surface, roll out pastry to 1/8 inch thickness

Cut with floured star-shaped cookie cutter

*Place 1 inch apart on parchment lined baking sheets

*Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown

*Remove to wire racks & brush lightly with water, sprinkle with coarse sugar, and let cool

*In a large bowl, combine berries and 1/4 cup sugar; set aside

*In a small bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken, add 1 Tbsp sugar; beat until soft peaks form

*Place sour cream in a serving bowl and fold in whipped cream

*Place bowl on serving platter & spoon berry mixture onto platter; top with pastry stars
