5-STAR ROSEMARY SEARED SCALLOPS (EASY)

Ingredients

  • 2 T Butter
  • Fresh Rosemary Leaves (separated from stalks)
  • 1/2 lb. Jumbo Sea Scallops
  • Fresh Ground Pepper to taste

Directions

  • Melt butter in hot skillet. Carmelize fresh rosemary leaves. Add scallops to skillet and sear on both sides.
  • Pepper to taste.
