Fresh Rosemary Leaves (separated from stalks)
1/2 lb. Jumbo Sea Scallops
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Melt butter in hot skillet. Carmelize fresh rosemary leaves. Add scallops to skillet and sear on both sides.
