- Fresh Rosemary Leaves (separated from stalks)
- 1/2 lb. Jumbo Sea Scallops
- Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
- Melt butter in hot skillet. Carmelize fresh rosemary leaves. Add scallops to skillet and sear on both sides.
- Pepper to taste.
