- 1 Egg
- 3/4 C Skim Milk
- 1 tsp. Rum Flavoring
- Lots of cinnamon (unless you're a measurer, then I guess 1 tsp.?...but who really measures these things?)
- 2-3 pieces of 7 Grain Bread
- Whisk egg, milk, rum flavoring and cinnamon.
- Use a non-stick pan, or melt a pat of butter. Cook pieces individually. Brown completely on one side, then flip and brown on the other. Stack pieces as you go along.
NotesThis morning, I was out of Vanilla, and I only had 7 Grain Bread, and so was born 7 Grain Rummy French Toast! Of course, this makes 2-3 pieces, which is a lot for one person, but at least you won't go hungry! Multiply by guest.
