32 oz refried beans/no fat/ 2 - 16 oz cans
8 oz non fat cream cheese
1 1/2 c.picante sauce
1/2 c. onion/minced
1/2 c. gr. pepper/minced
1 can chopped green chilies/4 oz.
8 oz fat free sour cream
1 pkt. chili seasoning mix
2 c. nonfat cheddar cheese
1/2 c. green onion/chopped
1/2 c. tomatoes/ chopped
Directions
In casserole baking dish, make layers of beans,cream cheese, picante
sauce, onion, pepper, chilies. Mix sour cream w/ chili seasoning mix.
Use as one layer. top w/ cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min. If cheese
starts to brown too much, cover w/ foil til beans are hot. when done,
take out of oven, top w/ chopped gr. onions and tomatoes
per serving: 129 cal, tract fat, 15 g protein, 19 g carbs, 7 mg
cholesterol, 783 mg sodium
