- Preparation Time:
- 7 eggs
- sugar 200 grams
- honey 60 cc
- wheat flour 200 grams
- warm water 50 cc
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Use electric blender to mix the eggs, sugar, honey, flour and warm water until well blended.
- Take a pound cake pan and put the contents in the pan.
- Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Take a toothpick and check if it comes out clean its done.
- If not bake some more.
NotesWhen I went to Japan in the Summer one of my family members made a really great cake. Her name is Emiko. This isn't in American measurments. It was hard to understand her because shes Japanese. If you know what measurements these are in American please tell me. And if you know what it is, send me a message. Some of this I'm guessing.
