Why I Love This Recipe

My friend Adam made these crepes up at my cottage one summer


Ingredients You'll Need

200g flour (1 1/2 to 1 2/3 cups)
80g powdered sugar (2/3 cups)
1g salt
2 eggs
500ml milk
100g butter (a little less than 1 stick)
4 tbsps peanut oil


Directions

1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and eggs


2. add milk progressively while mixing


3. heat the butter in a pot and evaporate the water


4. add browned butter to mix and stir for 15 seconds


5. let sit for 30 min


6. cook one minute on each side
