A-ROSE'S CREPE'S

Ingredients

  • 200g flour (1 1/2 to 1 2/3 cups)
  • 80g powdered sugar (2/3 cups)
  • 1g salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 500ml milk
  • 100g butter (a little less than 1 stick)
  • 4 tbsps peanut oil

Directions

  • 1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and eggs
  • 2. add milk progressively while mixing
  • 3. heat the butter in a pot and evaporate the water
  • 4. add browned butter to mix and stir for 15 seconds
  • 5. let sit for 30 min
  • 6. cook one minute on each side
