A WONDERFUL, EASY BREAKFAST
A wonderful, easy breakfast
I read this idea in Bob Greene's latest book, and it's become a staple of my mornings as I eat healthier to lose weight. (I'm down 12 pounds since in two months!)
CATEGORIES
INGREDIENTS
- 1 T natural almond butter
- 1/2 organic apple or pear, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 slice bread
DIRECTIONS
Toast bread
Smear almond butter on bread
Add apple/pear slices
drizzle honey on top
