2 jars marinated artichoke
hearts, chopped (6 oz.
1 bunch green
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese,
6 soda crackers, crushed
1 tsp. parsley
dash of Tabasco
Brown onions and garlic in oil of artichoke hearts.
Remove from skillet. In a bowl, break the eggs and add salt,pepper, Cheddar cheese, crackers, parsley and Tabasco plus artichoke hearts which have been minced and onion-garlic mixture.
Blend well! Pour into an 8 x 8-inch oiled pan and
bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool slightly and cut into 1 inch squares.
Serve hot or cold.
