ARTICHOKE-HAM BITES APPETIZERS
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
6 slices boiled ham (square)
Drain artichokes hearts; cut in half. Combine dressing and garlic powder; add artichokes. Marinate several hours - drain. (To save time, use artichoke hearts that are sold marinated)
Cut ham into 1 x 4-inch strips.
Wrap 1 strip around each artichoke heart.
Secure with wooden pick.
Bake on cookie sheet at 300 degrees about 10 minutes.
