ARTICHOKE HEART SALAD

Ingredients

2 jars marinated artichoke
hearts (about 4 oz. jars),
drained
1 pkg. chicken flavored
Rice-A-Roni, prepared
according to directions on
pkg.
1/4 to 1/2 diced green pepper
6 to 8 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. stuffed green olives,
sliced
1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle
Whip
shrimp, crab, tuna or 1 c.
cold chicken (add one, if
desired)


Save oil from artichoke hearts. Slice artichoke hearts


in halves or thirds lengthwise. Chill cooked Rice-A-Roni (omit


butter when cooking). Mix mayonnaise with oil from artichoke


hearts. Add to rice mixture and other ingredients. Chill.
