ARTICHOKE-OYSTER SOUP

Ingredients

3 cans (14 oz.) artichoke
hearts, chop, drain and
save water
3 stalks celery
2 onions (medium size)
1 stick butter
1 can French onion soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 qt. oysters (small), drain
and save water


Saute celery and onions in butter. When it just begins


to turn transparent, add chopped artichoke hearts. Stir in


French onion soup and cream of mushroom soup. Add 3 cans water


(can use artichoke or oyster water). Bring to rolling boil.


Salt and pepper to taste. Add oysters. Return to boil. Let


boil 5 minutes. Cut off completely, soup is done
