- 1 LARGE PACKAGE CHICKEN THIGHS
- 1 LARGE PACKAGE DRUMSTICKS
- 1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL FOR EACH PAN
- 4 GARLIC CLOVES (SMASHED & DICED)
- 2 CUPS REAL LEMON - LEMON JUICE
- 1 LARGE SPRIG OF ITALIAN FRESH PARSLEY
- 2 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
- GARLIC POWDER
- GARLIC SALT
- BLACK PEPPER
DIRECTIONS
I USE ALUMINUM PANS..IT'S MUCH EASIER CLEAN UP :)
PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 400*
ADD OLIVE OIL, & CHICKEN TO THE PAN
ADD BLACK PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER & GARLIC SALT ON BOTH SIDES
COOK CHICKEN NICE & CRISPY ON BOTH SIDES...
APPOXIMATELY 45 MIN
DECREASE OVEN TO 275-300*
TAKE OUT OF OVEN & DRAIN MOST OF THE LIQUID
I USE A LARGE MEASURING CUP TO ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
DICED GARLIC, PARSLEY, LEMON JUICE & CHICKEN BROTH
ADD TO EACH TRAY
COVER WITH TIN FOIL & BAKE AT 275-300* FOR 45 MINUTES
TO SERVE - PLATE CHICKEN ON PLATTER, SOME JUICE & FRESH PARSLEY SPRINKLED
THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF JUICE TO DIP YOUR ITALIAN BREAD!
A NICE SPRING MIX SALAD GOES WELL TOO!
