Why I Love This Recipe

When I first stumbled upon Dry rubs and the art of grilling, I always wanted my own blend, and after many different combinations, I have created the perfect blend that is ideal for all purposes. This is my Go to Rub for Pork Ribs and Roast Beef as the flavours and the meat become juicy and succulent and is loved by all who enjoy it.


Ingredients You'll Need

½ Cup Paprika
¼ Cup Cracked Black Pepper
2 Tablespoons Salt
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
3Tablespoons Dried Fennel Seeds
¼ Cup Dried Chili
¼ Cup Dried Oregano
1 Tablespoon Sumac
*For Pork add 2 Tablespoons of Dried Sage
*For Lamb add 2 Tablespoons of Dried Rosemary


Directions

combine everything together in an air tight container and shake well.
