After-School Snack Smoothie

Ingredients

1 C milk (fat free)
1/2 C plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 C frozen blueberries
1 frozen Acai packet (or 1/4 C other berry, frozen)
1 banana, frozen
1 TBSP honey


Add liquid first and blend all ingredients together, Add more milk if too think.

My kids come from school starving. Smoothies are quick easy and full of nutrition. I love to use plain Acai since it is loaded with antioxidants and healthy omegas. The plain yogurt is another great plus!
