AIMEE'S SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen spinach
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 can artichokes, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 3/4 C Parmesan
  • 8 oz grated monteray jack
  • pepper
  • taco chips

Directions

  • Cook 2 packages frozen spinach in microwave, drain
  • Saute 1/2 chopped onion in butter on low heat
  • Add ingredients in order, continue to cook over low heat - mix well after each addition
  • 1 Can chopped artichokes
  • spinach
  • cream cheese
  • sour cream
  • parmesan
  • monteray jack
  • pepper to taste
  • serve hot with taco chips
