Ingredients

2 Egg yolks
4 Cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 Cup olive oil
A pinch salt


In a blender, blend garlic along with the egg yolks and salt. Add olive oil gradually to it. Aioli is ready to serve.

Serve aioli on toast, fish, vegeetables and perk up those dishes.
