This recipe is a Saturday morning tradition at my house...and my kids are always happy to help with the preparation!

  • 1 1/2 C. Flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 C. Milk
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Whisk the eggs until frothy. Add milk, vanilla and melted butter to eggs. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients and slowly combine both mixtures.
  • You can substitute half the flour for whole wheat flour and swap out the white sugar for brown sugar if you choose to make these "whole wheat".
  • We will also add mini chocolate chips for a little extra fun! Just sprinkly over the pancake immediately after pouring on griddle. This will keep the chocolate from burning.
