- 1 1/2 C. Flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 C. Milk
- 3 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Whisk the eggs until frothy. Add milk, vanilla and melted butter to eggs. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients and slowly combine both mixtures.
- You can substitute half the flour for whole wheat flour and swap out the white sugar for brown sugar if you choose to make these "whole wheat".
- We will also add mini chocolate chips for a little extra fun! Just sprinkly over the pancake immediately after pouring on griddle. This will keep the chocolate from burning.
