- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1cup milk
- 1 package cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Melt butter in skillet. Add milk and heat to just boiling; stir in cream cheese. Reduce heat, stirring constantly until cream cheese is completely melted. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese.
