1 Pint Heavy cream
1 Stick Butter
2 Tablespoons Cream cheese
5/8 cup Parmesan cheese -- Shredded
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
In a heavy saucepan, combine butter, cream and cream cheese. Simmer over low heat until melted. Add parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. I am going to fix this sauce and serve it over shrimp that has been sauteed in garlic oil and spaghetti squash.
