Ingredients

  • 4 - 5 ice cubes
  • 1 part pineapple juice
  • 1 part dry vermouth
  • 3 parts rye whiskey

Directions

  • Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes
  • Pour the pineapple juice, vermouth and whiskey over the ice
  • Stir vigorously until nearly frothy
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  • Serve decorates with a cocktail parasol and drink with a straw
