- 4 tsp of sugar
- 8 tbsp of Algorrabino Syrup
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 6 shots of Pisco
- 16 ice cubes
- Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth, then sprinkle cinnamon on top.
NotesI traveled to Peru a couple years ago with a friend and had this chocolaty drink there, very good! You can get the Peruvian drink, Pisco, at BevMo.
