Algorrabino - Blended Peruvian Drink

I traveled to Peru a couple years ago with a friend and had this chocolaty drink there, very good! You can get the Peruvian drink, Pisco, at BevMo.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 egg whites
  • 4 tsp of sugar
  • 8 tbsp of Algorrabino Syrup
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 6 shots of Pisco
  • 16 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth, then sprinkle cinnamon on top.
