Almond Butter Bay Bars
1 cup. Pitted Dates
1/4 cup. Agave Nectar
1/4 cup. Almond Butter
3/4 cup. Almonds
1 1/2 cup. Rolled Oats
1/4 cup. Dark Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup. Dried Cranberries
Place dates in a food processor or blender and mix until small bits form.
Put them in a large bowl with the oats, nuts, and chocolate chips.
Stir with a spoon or spatula.
Warm the agave, and almond butter in a small saucepan and pour that over your dry ingredients. Stir Quickly
Transfer batter to an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and form the oat mix into a tight square.
Pop them in the freezer with plastic warp on top.
Freeze for 15 minutes, then cut into 10 bars.
