"Plant based bagel for any meal"

Why I Love This Recipe

Everything bagels are one of my favorites. I wanted to make something that could exclude dairy, heavy oils, and wheat and this provides a great substitute.


Ingredients You'll Need

almond chia bagel with cream "cheese"
Kitehill "everything" cream cheese (Garlic and onion almond cream cheese)
1 tbsp Nutiva super seed blend
1/4 c Gerbs ground chia
1/4 cup Natures Path blanched almond flour
3 tbsp spring water
Pink salt or coconut sugar to taste
Pinch baking soda
1 tspn Apple cider vinegar
Spices (frontier op) star anise five spice, basil, and onion powder
Nutiva coconut garlic oil opt


Directions

Preheat oven to 250

Can use unbleached parchment paper or silicon mat for baking


Mix all dry then wet ingredients in a bowl


Form into bagel shape


Bake for 15-20min


Let bagel cool and add
kitehill cream cheese


Pairs Well With

Fresh fruit such as pears
