- Softened Cream Cheese – 8 ounces
- Marshmallow Crème – 7 ounces
- Roasted Almonds – ½ cup
- Mix the cream cheese and the marshmallow crème in a large bowl with a blender. Mix thoroughly until it forms a homogeneous soft paste. Now ground the roasted almonds in such a way that you will have medium sized bits of crunchy roasted almond. Now add the almond chunks into the cheese and marshmallow cream mixture. Mix thoroughly so that the almond chunks are spread uniformly throughout the mixture. One useful tip is that add the almond chunks just before serving so that the crunchiness of the roasted almonds is preserved. Garnish with crunchy almonds on the top of the dip. You can use this dip with any fruit of your choice.
- Sometimes, I will just toast slivered almonds and put them on top of the dip for those people who might like nuts in their dip.
