1 cup rice
3 cups almond milk (you can either buy the cartons of almond milk or use cows milk with almond extract in it (just a few drops per cup))
1 cup cooked ground chicken (boil some chicken and then grind it in a food processor)
slivered almonds for garnish
Bring milk, salt, and rice to a rolling boil. Reduce heat and add chicken. Cover and cook until rice is fluffy.
Add almond slivers for garnish when served.
