Almost Vegan Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients

1 sprouted grain tortilla or whole wheat
1 cup. Scrambled Eggs
2 tbsp. Feta Cheese
2 tbsp. Any salsa of your choice
1/4 cup. Black Beans, drained
1/4 cup. Tomatoes or Mushrooms, chopped


Scramble your eggs, season them.


Heat your tortilla in a medium skillet on low heat or wrapped in foil in the oven.


Once your tortilla is warm, scoop your scrambled eggs into the middle.


Top with feta cheese, salsa, black beans, and veggie.


You can add any veggies you would like.


Roll up, fold the bottom and stick back in the oven for 5 minutes.
