Ingredients You'll Need
1 3/4 cup white chocolate chips (approximately 3/4 of a 12 oz package)
1/2 stick butter
1 10 oz. package mini marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispie cereal (you can use more or less depending on how you like your krispie treats)
Directions
Line a 9 by 13 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray or grease with butter.
Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave stirring every 30 seconds until the chips are melted, then set aside.
In a large pot melt the 1/2 stick butter on medium low heat.
Once the butter is melted add in the package of mini marshmallows and stir until melted.
Once the marshmallows are melted remove the pot from the heat and add in the melted white chocolate that you set aside. Be sure to stir constantly while adding the white chocolate to the marshmallows or the white chocolate may solidify as it touches the hot pan (if this happens don't worry they will still taste delicious it just may require a little extra elbow grease when you add your cereal).
Once your white chocolate and marshmallows are mixed together add in 6 cups of Rice Krispie cereal (this is just a reference point, depending on how you like your rice krispies add or subtract from this amount).
Spread in your prepared dish and eat right away or let it set up and cut it into squares.
