INGREDIENTS

- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 4 large eggs
- 2/3 C veg. oil
- 2 C Sugar
- 1 1/2 C all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbl. cocoa powder
- 1 C Chopped pecans
- 1 Tsp pure vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 350
Butter 9 x 13 pan
With paddle attachment, beat eggs on low
Add oil and sugar
Beat for 10 mins.
In a different bowl, sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt
Gradually add egg mixture and beat until combined
Stir in pecans and vanilla
Bake 35 mins
Top with chocolate icing
