Amazing Chili Dip
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic minced
1 ½ lbs ground sirloin
Salt and pepper to taste
½ 10.5-oz. cans no-bean chili
1 8-oz. package cream cheese
1 ½ c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
6 oz. sour cream
1 can black olives
In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook about 1 minute.
Add the meat and brown.
Add salt and pepper to taste, and drain meat when cooked.
Replace meat in pan and add chili, then cream cheese and stir.
Add shredded cheese, stirring until melted.
When cheese melts, empty the mixture into a large bowl and smooth down with a spoon.
Spread the sour cream over the top and add black olives.
Serve with tortilla chips.
