America’s Cut In Ginger Marinade
2 cups dry white wine or distilled vinegar
1/2 cup sliced green onions
4 Tablespoons minced fresh ginger or 1 Tablespoon dry ginger
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Combine all in a large re-sealable plastic bag.
Marinade for 2 to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
