- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1. In a mixing bowl, stir all the ingredients together until combined. Place in a covered container. Store in refrigerator.
- 2. Bring to room temperature to serve as a bread spread or ice cream topper. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
